4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with designing a large roof extension to maximise the habitable space of the single family dwelling. We advised to convert the loft and to erect a rear dormer with large windows and rooflights for light and ventilation and to achieve the maximum head height internally. We prepared a Lawful Development Application under the Permitted Development Guidance. The application was approved by Brent Council.
