3D Visualisations

We specialise in providing 3D visualisations of realistic renders (CGIs) for proposed and existing schemes. This allows our clients, neighbours, and local authorities to visualise the space and future design before it is built. These images can also be used for marketing purposes to boost sales.

We create all our 3D models using the latest software and technology. For larger projects, we prepare a fly-by animation and a light study. The light study shows the effect a building can have on the natural light and shade of your property or surrounding buildings.

Depending on the project and client requirements, 4D Planning has in-house award-winning model makers and 3D designers. They specialise in creating accurate and detailed miniature models of proposed architectural schemes. These models can demonstrate a design to the public for marketing purposes. They are also useful for obtaining planning permission from the local council.
